Customer Relation Coord UHS
Responsibilities This position is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of UHS Information Services for contracted UHS Hospitals and Physician Practices. As the primary contact, this role facilitates service, issue resolution and ongoing customer happiness for asssigned HealthSpan customers.
Four year college degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Nursing, or related. Three to five years marketing, practice management, sales, or information technology experience required. Epic Application Certification required. Two years experience for one year of education for up to two years of education may be substituted.
