Physical Therapy Assistant I

Responsibilities

Provides physical therapy treatments, participates in discharge planning and provides patient/caregiver education to patients by directives of physical therapist. Communicates and consults with physical therapist regarding patient s status on regular basis. Documents care appropriately.

Associate college degree in PT Assistant and NC Board of Physical Therapy license required.
